Privileged location, in the historic city centre close to the Parque do Império Garden and the Tua River, with its dam that constitutes one of the largest water basins rated as one of the best tracks for Jet-ski, canoeing and paddle boarding.
The problem that young people have in buying or renting a house is well known.
This fact greatly affects young people whether they are from the coast, inland Portugal and even worldwide.
Unemployment among young people is currently reaching very high levels, with no financial or employment stability.
But in Portugal, in the 16 to 24 age group, we were in 2nd place in Europe with the highest rate of risk of job loss, and we were only surpassed by Spain.
We ended 2019 with a rate of 19.5% and 2020 ended with a rate of 24%, and this is not just the fault of the pandemic.

This project in Mirandela makes perfect sense, given its geographical centrality, as it is the heart of the Northeast of Trás-os-Montes, where visitors can explore this entire region, where nature and places with stunning landscapes reign supreme.
Mirandela is the gateway to the Tua Valley Natural Park, which extends to the Douro region.

But Mirandela is a world reference for its alheira, which has been awarded one of the 7 wonders of gastronomy.
The city of Mirandela is home to the EsACT School of Administration, Communication and Tourism of the IPB of Bragança, which welcomes a large number of students, mostly from districts in the north of the country, namely Bragança, Vila Real, Porto and Braga, where they find unparalleled conditions for developing an academic life that is both intense and peaceful.
