It is well known that young people have problems buying or renting a house.
Unemployment among young people is currently at an all-time high, with no financial or employment stability.
But in Portugal, in the 16-24 age group, we were in 2nd place at European level. We ended 2019 with a rate of 19.5% and 2020 ended with a rate of 24%, and this is not just the fault of the pandemic.

It was not only with these needs in mind that this project was born, but also because smaller homes are in fashion and highly sought-after for local accommodation.
This project in Mirandela makes perfect sense, given its geographical centrality, as it is the hub of the Northeast of Trás-os-Montes, where visitors can explore the whole region, where nature reigns and places with stunning landscapes. Mirandela is the gateway to the Tua Valley Natural Park, which extends to the Douro region.
When we talk about the Douro, we're thinking of the fabulous nectar of Port Wine, which is so popular all over the world.
But Mirandela is a world reference for its alheira, which won the award for one of the 7 wonders of gastronomy.
The city of Mirandela is home to the EsACT School of Administration, Communication and Tourism of the IPB of Bragança, which welcomes a large number of students, mainly from the northern districts of the country, namely Bragança, Vila Real, Porto and Braga, where they find unique conditions to develop an academic life that is both intense and peaceful.
